    Thanks for taking the time to message me on this. I actually do wear pretty much exactly the same thing every time. I weight myself first thing in the morning and then when I am done exercising and working at the end of the day. :smile:

    You're doing great,  but I love your curves, and creamy thighs. So yummy.

    You are absolutely correct, I'm going through the same thing lol. Weight loss is not a straight line journey. Couple of tips as far as weighing yourself, only do it once a week, weigh yourself with the same amount of clothes on every time ( I usually have on an undershirt and boxers lol) and weigh yourself first thing in the morning right after you use the bathroom, same time every morning, before you exercise or eat.
